By completing the Special Order Form, you are agreeing only to receive an email quote for the item you have requested. You are under no obligation until you pay for your item.
Special Order Process
1. Receive Email Quote Once you receive my email quote, please respond within 24 hours by either accepting or declining the quoted price. My sources will not hold items indefinitely, so it is important that I hear back from you as soon as possible. Otherwise, I cannot guarantee that your item will still be available.
2. Receive Invoice If you agree to the quoted price, I will send you an invoice from either PayPal or Google Checkout - your choice. If you do not specify a preference for payment, you will receive a PayPal invoice. You are under no obligation until you pay the invoice.
3. Order Finalized Once you pay the invoice, you are committed to the purchase. You will receive email confirmation of your payment, and at that time I will begin the process of procuring your special order garment. This process may take up to two weeks; your patience is appreciated!
4. Order Shipped Once I have your item in hand, I will inspect it carefully to make sure it will meet your expectations, then I will ship it to you.
5. Order Received Please inspect your garment immediately upon receipt. I would love to hear about your Special Order experience. Many customers really appreciate this unique service!
6. Returns Due to the nature of special orders, returns are not accepted unless I have made a mistake in fulfilling your order. You must contact me by email to request a return authorization.
