Q:Do you combine shipping? A:Yes, I do! Please let me know which garments you would like to purchase, and I will send you a PayPal invoice for the total, including the reduced shipping cost.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? A:I usually ship every day except Sundays. If you pay early in the day, I will ship your item the same day. Otherwise, I will ship your item on the next business day. Priority Mail usually arrives 2-3 days after I ship it, but CAN take up to a week. Please contact me if you have not received your garment after 7 days.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? A:Shipping and Handling are calculated, based on your location. Most items are shipped Priority Mail.
Q:Do you ship internationally? A:No, I'm sorry but currently I do not ship internationally. I apologize for any inconvenience.
Q:Do you offer insurance? A:Yes, insurance is available at your request. Please let me know if you would like insurance BEFORE clicking on the 'Buy Now' button. I will revise the listing to include the cost of insurance. USPS Postal Insurance Rates apply, based on the item's selling price.
Q:How can I be sure what size to buy in your clothing items? A:Every clothing item listing includes estimated measurements for key fitting areas of the body (e.g. waist, hip, bust, etc.) Please measure one of your best-fitting garments and compare to the measurements on the item listing. DO NOT go by the size tag; sizing varies greatly by manufacturer AND by individual garments from the same manufacturer.
Q:What does 'Fit' mean in your clothing item listings? A:All Weekenders garments listed in my store include a 'Fit' classification (if available). Fit classes range from 'Loose' (oversized) to 'Fitted' (shows your body shape). The FIT is important to keep in mind, because a FITTED garment will fit more snugly than a Semi-Fitted or Traditional Fit garment.
Q:What is 'Special Request' ordering, and where can I find out more about it? A:If you are looking for a particular past season Weekenders garment that is not in my store, I will do my best to find it for you. Q:How do you 'guarantee' actual Weekenders colors? A:I have been buying and selling Weekenders for many years, plus I have actual fabric swatches and catalogs for most of the past seasons offered by Weekenders. If I made a mistake on the Color Name in the listing, you must FIRST get a Return Authorization from me before returning the garment for a refund.
